Policy Partners Project Details
We work with adult social care services, Safeguarding Adult Boards and private care providers to develop and deliver a range of resources to embed policy and procedure into practice. Our most popular products are the online Adult Policies, Procedures and Practice (APPP) Hubs, which are web-based versions of hard copy policies and procedures manuals but with added linked resources, a local documents store and other features. The Hub is easy to access and works well on smart phones and tablets. We provide template APPP Hubs to customise for local needs and services, or to use as a off the peg version.We also offer training and pathway redesign, including for the health and social care integration agenda. We are continuing to work with Coventry Adult Social Care on their Understanding Mental Capacity site which is a refresh of guidance and tools.
