Though a Parkinson's diagnosis can be tough to deal with, there is one proven way to help yourself and that is to be fit and exercise! Adding exercise to your routine will be sure to improve your overall health and sense of well being. We have 7 formats to choose from that all target the many symptoms of Parkinson's to help delay and even reverse the progression of the disease.
