Power for Parkinson's® a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides daily free symptom focused exercise, dance and vocal classes virtually on our YouTube channel and in-person in Austin, TX when safe to do so. Though a Parkinson's diagnosis can be tough to deal with, there is one proven way to help yourself and that is to be fit and exercise! Adding exercise to your routine will be sure to improve your overall health and sense of well being. We have 7 formats to choose from that all target the many symptoms of Parkinson's to help delay and even reverse the progression of the disease. Our live videos encourage social interaction to keep the community engaged and connected. Of course there are medications to help control the symptoms. But exercise is the one thing individuals can do to delay the progression of Parkinson's disease! Time and time again research has shown the benefits of multiple forms of exercise.
