A Society and Public Trust registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act no. 21 of 1860) and Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 (Sec. 18 of 1950) is dedicated to strengthening the access to Social Justice for Marginalized, Negated, Neglected and Oppressed Strata of Society based on the historicity and prevalence of these fissures in the Society.Founded on the pillars of Constitution of India, Pratipad Samajik Nyaya Va Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha strives to strengthen society by fostering constitutional values, developing personal skills, rendering humanitarian services and imparting Socio-Legal education.We at Pratipad Samajik Nyaya Va Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha are striving to build an ideal utopian society that is based on the principled edifice of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. We believe in idea of Substantive Social Justice with faith in ethos, pathos and logos of Constitutional Morality of Constitution of India. We aim at ensuring that the above enshrined principles shall be instituted in Tangible Realm.The Sanstha has engaged itself in different educational and social services from time to serving the masses irrespective of time, space and place since its inception. Our Sanstha had previously organized 3 Certificate Courses/Workshops till now. First Workshop on Understanding Constitution, Second Workshop on Constitutionality, Constitutionalism and Constitution in Contemporary times and Third Certificate Course on Contemporary Societal Moralities in the era of Pandemic, which was open for all at free cost. The founding members conducted the whole lecture series and also were the speakers for the Workshop. Thus, we selflessly used our legal expertise and experience to imbibe the spirit of Constitutionalism in the masses recognizing their Fundamental Duty as Citizens of the Country. We have also invited various intellectual guest speakers for the courses from time to time.The Sanstha has been frequently organizing service camps to distribute food grains and basic utility services to needy families, etc. during COVID-19 Pandemic.
