"Optimizing human movement and performance, promoting longevity, and keeping your movement system in tune"We believe in taking on a proactive versus reactive approach to health. A common human behavior is to address problems after the fact and often far too late, which is a reactionary approach. We believe that the key to improved health care is education and awareness that there is another way—a proactive approach—to reduce injuries from occurring in the first place. Health and education are two basic things everyone should have access to. Based on this core belief, we have spent the past three years designing a comprehensive system to educate the public on our active, multi-faceted approach to physical therapy. We collected the results of our endeavor in the [P]Rehab Educational Platform, where anyone anywhere in the world can learn our professional techniques for optimizing movement, treating injuries, and preventing pain."
