Project Not Homeless is an organization that will provide sustainable, clean and safe housing to the impoverished. It offers assistance to those who are frequently homeless, because of lack of sufficient income to obtain affordable housing in the area. Thereby allowing said person(s)/family(s) to move forward with a sense of ownership and confidence along with regaining a sense of self worth and dignity. While provision of housing is the main focus, the organization offers services to said tenant(s) by providing a program that is collaborative in its approach by developing self-sufficiency in said tenants. The program offers assistance with vocational training, continuing education, job search, resume preparation, interpersonal skills building, community involvement, social services connections, independent living skills and financial planning.
