PMDDM is a women black owned Non Profit Organization that aims to educate individuals about abuse and abusive behavior, empower affected victims, give victims the courage to say their story and claim back their power, and eradicate abuse in South African communities. Many individuals in the society are abused and they are told not to speak about it because it taints the family image and some never speak about it because of fear of being judged. PMDDM is going to be the change that it wants to see in the communities by breaking the abusive chain and building emotionally strong individuals that are going to be very instrumental in the sustainability of Peace and Love in our country.PMDDM's vision is to spread awareness about children and women abuse in the SADC region with South Africa as the primary target. We aim to grow and open branches in different countries and play a major role in decreasing the statistics of abused individuals.PMDDM's mission is to be actively involved in schools, where we will be educating the students about different types of abuse and sharing some insights on how to identify abusive behaviour as well as proposing different approaches they can use to escape abuse.PMDDM's objectives are• To encourage more victims to speak out and heal their emotional wounds.• Be instrumental in creating a safer environment for women and children.• To care and support affected individuals spiritually, emotionally and physically.Our scope of activities• Educating about abuse through seminars and skit videos on our online platforms• Providing counselling to the affected individuals and offering them lifetime support• Drafting and sharing learning materials that individuals can read to educate themselves about abuse and how to avoid that kind of a behaviour. • Providing tutors for the affected students who aren't coping at school and need extra help.
