Research - Yuma, Arizona, United States
We specialize in all aspects of Agricultural Field Research in the Southwestern United States. The low desert of Arizona farms 12 months a year. We can produce two crops of maize per year, and raise spring wheat for harvest in April or early May. We are a winter nursery for oilseed rape, and a major production area for leafy vegetables and brassicas. Our planting season for cotton runs from February through early June. Melons and fruiting vegetables such as peppers or tomatoes are raised srping and fall.Over the past 30 years, we have tested about every kind of crop protection and crop production product there is. With less than 75mm (2.8in) of rain per year, we are a perfect place to test drought or heat tolerent technologies. And we have over 20 years of experience with drip irrigation.RD4Ag is the team to use to solve problems, generate data or generate samples any time of the year.
