Founded in 2005, Reshit is a heterogeneous, social start-up, that consists of a wide variety of individuals: young and old, secular, traditional and religious – native Israeli, new and veteran Olim ("vatikim"), CEO's, high rank IDF officers, Rabbis, educators, artists and people from the media. Located in Ramat HaSharon, Reshit's work is tangible within the community, as it integrates values of giving, caring, bonding, volunteering while cultivating the national Jewish ethics.
