RHA represents the voice of all resident students to the Illinois Tech administration and promotes, organizes, and directs hall activities. RHA represents hall residents in dealing with all administrative officers and any organizations or persons in or out of the University. The duties of the RHA executive board and general members are to: 1. Represent the views of the residents faithfully, justly, and respectfully in matters dealing with residence hall living.2. Communicate RGL policy changes and programs to residents.3. Organize hall programs that promote communal living.4. Develop leaders out of the residents of Illinois Tech to empower students to find their voices in their professional and social lives.
