R-DS is a Shanghai-based Architectural Design Practice founded in 2012 – London, UK. The Studio has a commitment to design excellence through explorations in the fields of architecture, art and design, merging technical innovation with a unique methodological approach across programs and scales. The combination of research with practical inventiveness is at the heart of our practice. Founded on theoretical stand that looks at material manipulations as a rich source of design novelty, or team focuses on applying imaginative and collaborative design processes to specific design demands.The studio provides services in architecture, urban planning, landscape and interior design. Arturo Revilla holds a carrier in design that spans for more than 15 years including collaborations with Zaha Hadid Architects, Heatherwick Studio and UNStudio. R-DS has participated in top academic circles worldwide.
