Outdoor trainingat the athletics track in Hønefoss Idrettspark / Schjongslund during the summer season, and combined outdoor and indoor training in the winter season. Good social environment with training and competition activity.During the holidays we arrange one of Norways most popular athletics schools/traning camps for kids.
