We also conduct Indoor Air Quality Forensic Investigations and have been heavily involved on behalf of the MA LSPA Technical Practices Committee, reviewing and commenting on MassDEP's proposed 2016/7 changes to the MCP Regulations and Risk-Based Standards. For private sector clients we provide "Expert Witness" support for Toxic Tort Litigation, Qui Tam (Whistleblower) and Wrongful Death Suits in the field of toxicological assessment of the impact of pharmaceuticals and hazardous chemicals on human health in residential, commercial and industrial settings, plus Indoor Air Quality Forensic Investigations.
