Rooster & Lark solves this problem by providing all the vegetables for an omelette or scramble; chopped, seasoned and flash frozen. You simply saute ¼ of the bag, add your own fresh eggs at home, and save the rest in the freezer for another meal. This eliminates tedious chopping and prevents vegetables from spoiling in the fridge (since it's frozen). All of our skillets come pre-seasoned without salt, and we try to keep our ingredients as simple as possible. Rooster & Lark is also extremely versatile, and can be used in dozens of easy weeknight recipes including burgers, quesadillas, pastas, soups, and beyond.
