ROTARACT CLUB OF VAISHALI (Formerly known as rotaract club of YOUTH LEADERS)Rotaract club of Vaishali or RCoV as we members like to call it was organized on 1st July 2018 and officially chartered on 17th August 2018 and comes under the RID 3012.ROTARACT is a family of 1.2 million people worldwide working relentlessly and selflessly to make their lives better by making constant donations and efforts towards the humanity.
