We are an independent foreign finance consultancy and provide a complete range of business services in China. Our clients range from multinational organizations to enterprises with only a handful of employees. We established our first office in Shanghai in 2012, followed by Hangzhou in 2014. Our international and local experts are all versed in the legal, accounting and marketing fields in China. Our service professionals are all fluent in Mandarin and English, and some additional languages including German and French are available as well. Among our services, we include business registrations and licensing for Representative Offices (ROs), Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (WFOEs) and Joint Ventures (JVs). We also provide advisory services relating to mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring. Finally, we provide tax compliance and advisory services, together with corporate accounting services on both a retainer and project basis.
