The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program of Rotary District 7070 gathers youth ranging from ages 19 to 25 for an immersive program focused on diversity, leadership, and action.ACTION: Every workshop and activity delivered during the time period has the objective of equipping participants with action-oriented next steps.LEADERSHIP: Participants deep dive into aspects of teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution for personal and professional development.DIVERSITY: Each participant accepted into the program comes from a unique background.
