This one, but very large problem, is causing many downstream effects throughout the healthcare system including sub-optimal patient outcomes, increased fees, and inconsistent care due to high turnover rates of providers at institutions.Sagestone has created a management approach supported by dynamic software that captures root causes of provider burnout in a short, open-ended questionnaire. With this data, healthcare providers and their managers can cooperatively develop individualized interventions that enhance provider wellness, foster a greater sense of community and, ultimately, improve patient outcomes.Sagestone believes we need to be human about the practice of medicine in an ever increasing computerized world.
