Currently overseeing the redevelopment of a historic vocational school in South Philadelphia into a mixed use destination for community services, artists, creative businesses and more. Scout was founded in 2011 in London. Our first project was the creation of a pop-up cinema called Films on Fridges in Hackney Wick. In 2015, Scout moved to the US to start to work on the redevelopment of the Bok Building in South Philadelphia.
