Currently overseeing the redevelopment of a historic vocational school in South Philadelphia into a mixed use destination for community services, artists, creative businesses and more. Scout was founded in 2011 in London. Our first project was the creation of a pop-up cinema called Films on Fridges in Hackney Wick.
