We are a pasture-based livestock farm in the heart of Vermont's Champlain Valley. While our specialty is grass-fed lamb, we also produce heritage-breed turkey, meat chickens, eggs, and dry goods such as yarn and sheepskins. Our farming philosophy is rooted in stewardship for the land and lake as well as animal welfare. We believe that the best meat comes from happy animals and that we should all strive to eat less meat and better meat!
