SCYO was founded in 2003 as a youth-run, youth-focused wind orchestra. Our community is united by our common passion for music, with members as young as 11 years old. Our organization is committed to providing a learning environment in which musical skills are fostered and solidarity is developed through the promotion of friendships regardless of race, gender, and religion. SCYO's strives to give back to the community that has nurtured its members through its various performances throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
