Seazen Resources Capital Group Limited and its subsidiaries (the "SR Group") are principally engaged in futures brokerage services, security brokerage and underwriting services, asset management services and money lending services in Hong Kong since 2012. The SR Group has three licensed corporations to carry out types 1, 2, 4 and 9 regulated activities supervised under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The SR Group also holds a money lending license to carry out money lending business (such as providing small amount of personal loans and loans to small to medium sized companies).In 2017, Seazen Group Limited ("Seazen"), a listed company on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with stock code of 1030, has become the major shareholder of the SR Group. Headquartered in Shanghai, Seazen together with its subsidiaries, Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd., ("Seazen Group") are principally engaged in property development (including residential, commercial and mix-used properties) and operating investment properties (i.e., Wuyue Plaza) in the PRC with focus in Yangtze River District since 1993. Seazen Group was ranked top 8 in terms of total contracted sales and the second in terms of operations of investment properties in the PRC in 2019.
