Headquartered in Shanghai, Seazen together with its subsidiaries, Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd., ("Seazen Group") are principally engaged in property development (including residential, commercial and mix-used properties) and operating investment properties (i.e., Wuyue Plaza) in the PRC with focus in Yangtze River District since 1993. Seazen Group was ranked top 8 in terms of total contracted sales and the second in terms of operations of investment properties in the PRC in 2019.
