The Senate is widely considered to be the greatest deliberative body in the world, and its greatness is derived in large part by the thousands of staff that work tirelessly to make its Members and this country better. Senate Working Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Senate staff by providing them with the tools and resources they need to better serve the American people. Specifically, Senate Working Group was created to provide educational opportunities and trainings, connect Senate staff to policy experts, thought leaders, and constituents that can assist in their efforts, and serve as the U.S. Senate's ‘off the Hill' resource regarding issues pertaining to the American people. Senate Working Group will be hosting the first annual Senate Staff Leadership Retreat in March 2022, which will be a two-day conference that will provide senior Senate staff with the opportunity to learn from top policy experts on a variety of important and timely topics. Additionally, Senate Working Group sponsors educational workshops, networking receptions, and training seminars throughout the year for all Senate staff, including Senate Interns
