We purchase businesses having revenue of $1 million to $10 million per year and that are located in Texas.We target businesses in the services industry, leveraging our common knowledge of the industry obtained through our many years investing and dealing in real estate. We also target software, information technology, and telecom businesses, as we have many years of experience in these industries.We have started and run several successful businesses over a period of more than 10 years. We have extensive experience in the real estate, software, and telecom industries. Our intent would be to enhance the growth of any acquired business through implementation of the latest in software systems, improved marketing, and strong sales training.Founders: Mike Atchison received a BS degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating as the highest ranking Senior in his class, and receiving the Outstanding School of Science and Mathematics Graduate Award. He went on to receive a Masters degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin. After working as a Software Engineer for many years, Mike started his own software business, which he has successfully grown for 15 years. He also started and has grown a successful real estate investment/management business. Mike has experience in all aspects of starting, running, and growing businesses in a variety of industries. He also enjoys working out, riding bikes, and spending time with family.Ross Gilbert received his Bachelors in International Business from Sam Houston State University the Harvard of the south. He went on from there to receive the highest education you can get in the real estate field his Brokers license. Successfully running his own business for years and consistently growing revenues went into the Telecom and communications infrastructure industry. Has been involved in every part of deal acquisition from structuring to financing to close.
