Explore global cuisines, just around the corner. This idea was hatched when Shoreditch Food Inc opened in 2014, and still holds true to this day. It all started when we opened our very first restaurant, Señor Pollo, in the foodie neighborhood of Tomas Morato. This Latin American restaurant was inspired by founder, Daniel Mabanta's trips and familial ties to Colombia, South America. With the idea of bringing this continent's colorful cuisine to Manila, Señor Pollo was born.Using engaging marketing plans and calculated business decisions, Shoreditch Food Inc has cultivated the Señor Pollo brand to branch out into multiple franchises around Metro Manila, and the surrounding province of Lipa, Batangas. Within a few short years, the company has expended its employee base from a handful of people, to over 100+ employed. We also recently launched our newest restaurant concept, Khao Khai Thai Chicken House, and brought a piece of vibrant Thai cuisine to the neighborhood of Poblacion, Makati.By situating our restaurants in strategic neighborhood locations, all Shoreditch Food Inc concepts continue to serve our mission as nearby doorways to experiencing global cuisines.
