The 'Siddharth Memorial Charitable Trust (Regd.)' was founded in the loving memory of "Siddharth Nayyar". It was formed on 29th July, 2009 with a mission to make a positive difference in the lives of the underprivileged children, so as to help them recognize their self-worth and talents by instilling in them basic life skills, to build individuals who learn to cope with their disabilities/misfortunes to become confident, competent and caring individuals. To fulfill the aims and objectives, the Trust initiated, a program called 'Ek Prayas' on 13th February, 2010.WHO WE ARE "We don't build hope, we build futures"SMCT is an education success story empowering children with the necessary tools and needed to achieve personal success and create change at a societal level. We attempt to create ecosystem in which the underprivileged have the chance to seize control of their lives. We do this through holistic development approach geared towards inclusion, using tools such as classroom learning, personality development, counseling, extra-curricular activities, financial support, healthcare etc.WHAT WE DO"Not all of us can do great things but we can do small things with great love"1.
