Skaperhuset AS (Creator's House) was established to be a flexible frame for innovation and creativity. Our vision is "A world of authentic, creative and powerful people - individually and together", and we dream of organizations functioning as superorganisms. To help organizations develop into superorganisms we have created SemanSys(r), a computer system modelling middle brain functionality where excessive amounts of information is framed and anchored together by using semantic technologies. This creates knowledge in networks like you have never experienced before. To help individuals, groups and organizations operate as resourceful as they actually are, we have organizational, cultural, management and co-worker programs building competence and skills based on an inter disciplinary competence resulting from studies of the meta discipline Communicology defined as: 1. The study of the structure and dynamics of communication and change when all experience and all behavior is defined and studied as communication. 2. The study of common factors in change work.
