Sky Yoga Studio is located in the Hanover Office Plaza Building (HOP) on Marcon Blvd. in Allentown. The studio is centrally located in the Lehigh Valley by Lehigh Valley International Airport in Hanover Township, situated between Allentown & Bethlehem, off of Route 22 (Lehigh Valley Thruway) & Airport Road. Sky Yoga offers Iyengar yoga classes for all levels to the surrounding Lehigh Valley. Using the fundamentals from the Iyengar Yoga tradition, Katrina Pelekanakis' teachings focus on body alignment, muscular balance, and development of strength, flexibility and breath control. With the use of yoga props, students can challenge themselves to learn yoga poses in an educated and safe way. Iyengar yoga is accessible to all types of bodies and to all levels of students. Allowing yourself the benefits of a weekly yoga class during your busy week is both physically and mentally rewarding. Yoga is for everybody!
