Hi and welcome to Smith Shearer. We are a boutique business advisory and accountancy firm based in Esperance, Western Australia. Established in 1996, our Director, Gavin Smith (B.Bus CPA), saw the need for specialised agribusiness and local industry-specific solutions to meet the unique needs of local farming families and family-run businesses. At Smith Shearer, we employ a team of three Senior Client Managers: Melissa Mackenzie, Tania Wright and Cheryl Murdock, who all stem from farming backgrounds and understand the unique business challenges posed by fluctuating cashflow, seasonal considerations and unpredictable natural conditions.
