Established in 1996, our Director, Gavin Smith (B.Bus CPA), saw the need for specialised agribusiness and local industry-specific solutions to meet the unique needs of local farming families and family-run businesses. At Smith Shearer, we employ a team of three Senior Client Managers: Melissa Mackenzie, Tania Wright and Cheryl Murdock, who all stem from farming backgrounds and understand the unique business challenges posed by fluctuating cashflow, seasonal considerations and unpredictable natural conditions. With long-standing connections in the local Esperance community, our reputation is built on providing excellence in service and trusted advice spanning the past two generations.
