Introducing a creative culinary blend of traditional and inventive barbecue items, wood smoked to perfection, with detailed presentation and fresh produce. Our innovative, hydroponic Roof Garden produces over 1,000 food plants at a time on Smokehouse's roof and 10,000 plants at our farm. It is powered by solar energy and maintained inside greenhouse structures, ensuring the freshest local produce in the country for our customers, and a strong competitive cost advantage. Our beautiful 105-year old, heart pine dining tables were built from the wood in our attic. From the 1884-1920 era of local history photos, stained glass windows, vintage whiskey barrel liquor display, to our roof garden, Smokehouse Downtown Barbecue is a pioneering restaurant concept.
