Smpl Bio has created a toolkit to facilitate rapid and effective experimental design through best-in-class biomarker selection, quality control and informative visualizations. The Smpl Toolkit facilitates iterative discovery and guides the biologist down the path of creating the right algorithm to classify her samples enabling informative and reproducible experimental results.Smpl Bio provides access to all of our tools through a hosted, cloud-based, RESTful API called Smpl API+. The biologist may also choose to realize the power of our toolkit directly by using Smpl Bio's stand-alone, hosted web application, Smpl UX.
