SOAR Train-the-Trainer (T3) is a program designed to dramatically improve your ability - as a coach, consultant or trainer - to effectively design and successfully deliver powerful leadership development, employee and team productivity, and culture shift / culture enhancement programs within organizations of all sizes and shapes.The T3 program certifies practitioners in the delivery of the SOAR (Success through Observer - Action - Results) program within organizations.Based on key frameworks, tools and practices within "Language and the Pursuit of Happiness" (2005, by Chalmers Brothers) and "Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence (2015, by Chalmers Brothers and Vinay Kumar), the multi-month, cohort-based SOAR program has been successfully delivered within private and public organizations in the U.S., U.K., India and Israel. The foundational principles of this impactful program include: - Self-awareness and self-responsibility - A generative and creative understanding of language and conversations - Three key types of Results effective leaders produce and shape: relationships, culture and execution - The conversational nature of leadership, management and teamwork - Understanding organizations as networks of commitments - The connections among language, moods/emotions and body/biology - Use of fundamental "language acts" to drive and sustain new Results Co-facilitated by Chalmers Brothers, Vinay Kumar and Sarah Happel, the SOAR Train-the-Trainer (T3) program provides practitioners with opportunities to in design, develop and deliver key topics within the program.
