One of the greatest achievements of humanity is the development of international law- a legal discipline that serves as a framework for the practice of stable and organized international relations. International law is not a recent development, rather, is a body that has been formed over centuries, and today is present as an important part of both public and private laws. International law encompasses issues like human rights, international crimes, environmental protection, nationality, migration, refugees, use of force, and conduct of the war, among many others. It has also extended its realm to international waters, outer space, and international trade.Society for International Law was formed at the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi with a view to encourage and facilitate the study of international law and its intricacies among students and discuss recent developments in the field.This blog aims to encourage debates and discussions among students of international law, facilitate the exchange of ideas, and promote dialog. This blog will extensively explore the issues pertinent to the discourse of international law.
