Dutch NGO working in the field of Habitat and Water and Sanitation.SHF is currently implementing 4 programmes: A housing programme in Guarayos, Bolivia, a Water and Sanitation programme in Rumbek, Southern Sudan, a School sanitation programme in Nairobi, Kenya and a Estate (Housing) Renewal programme in Nakuru, Kenya.SHF developed a unique model on habitat dubbed CATCH – Comprehensive Approach To Community based Habitat. CATCH uniquely identifies housing as the entry point for SHF into habitat development. SHF aims for comprehensive eco friendly habitats for the beneficiary communities.
