I believe in and practice a holistic approach to bodywork that takes into account your wellness goals, lifestyle, body mechanics, and overall health. My style of massage is a blend of deep Swedish techniques, Thai-inspired stretching, and specific muscle releasing strokes that support the body's natural ability to heal itself. I also incorporate a manual therapy called Bowenwork that is gentle and effective in balancing tension patterns in the body, resulting in a state of deep relaxation which can assist recovery from many conditions.
