We spearhead transformational mixed use regeneration, as well as creating low and zero carbon homes and best in class, future fit workspaces in towns and cities across the UK.Spatia combines a fresh open-minded approach with over two decades of successful property development and urban regeneration experience.The property industry, a sector that historically prides itself on tradition and solidity, is now having to reinvent itself as we see a major shift in how we live, work and play - this is a space we want to be in.Spatia is targeting mixed-use development opportunities from £50M GDV upwards, typically on post-industrial land in urban centres, development around transport hubs and repurposing redundant retail space.We are looking for opportunites of scale, with or without planning consent, across the UK, including the West, South West, Wales, the South and the South East outside of the M25.Spatia is keen to work in the build-to-rent, later living and hospitality markets as well as developing sustainable healthy office buildings, typically of at least 50,000 sq ft.We are keen to build on existing relationships by collaborating with like-minded partners including funders, agents, local authorities and housing associations on future projects as a development partner. Alternatively, we can bring our regional knowledge and expertise to bear as a development manager advising family offices and institutional investors.We want to engage directly with business owners and landowners and, where appropriate, fixed-charge receivers in regard to non-performing and impaired loans.As a regional urban regeneration specialist, Spatia believes each development shoud have its own distinct identity, a balanced mix of uses, and be reflective of its surrounding community. We want to challenge the status quo, raise the bar and instigate real change through transforming places, communities and lives.
