Alternatively, we can bring our regional knowledge and expertise to bear as a development manager advising family offices and institutional investors.We want to engage directly with business owners and landowners and, where appropriate, fixed-charge receivers in regard to non-performing and impaired loans.As a regional urban regeneration specialist, Spatia believes each development shoud have its own distinct identity, a balanced mix of uses, and be reflective of its surrounding community.
