Alternatively, we can bring our regional knowledge and expertise to bear as a development manager advising family offices and institutional investors.We want to engage directly with business owners and landowners and, where appropriate, fixed-charge receivers in regard to non-performing and impaired loans.As a regional urban regeneration specialist, Spatia believes each development shoud have its own distinct identity, a balanced mix of uses, and be reflective of its surrounding community. We want to challenge the status quo, raise the bar and instigate real change through transforming places, communities and lives.
