our specialization in hydraulic components like1 piston pump body and Bearing housing2 Gear pump body and Bearing housing 3 telescopic cylinder parts 4 pistons and threaded gland (Hec )5 Gear pump lower and upper cover for lesser flow gear pumps 6 Control valve and connection block We are pleased to inform you that we are into manufacturing of grey and sg iron castings, which will be fully machined and ready to assemble.our foundry capacity is about 180 tones ,currently we are utilizing about 80 tones of it. we have a spare capacity of 100 tones we are equipped with Disa Arpa 400 1 set with green sand plant ,shell molding line minimum weight of single casting 1kg to 60 kg In machine shop we have 4 vmc makino make ,6 vmc with 4 and 5 axis Ams make machine supported with 36 cnc turning centers 6 cylindrical grinding centerless grinding ,18 center lathe and inhouse Heat treatment facility
