The State Information Center (referred to as: SICSTC) is national level third party information technology inspection agency established by the National Development and Reform Commission approval, and has the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA), China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Accredited Laboratory, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Accredited Inspection Agencies. SICSTC adhere to technological innovation, and follow strict, efficient, fair and scientific principles. The center has developed testing service of software products and systems from multiple industry and multiple fields. The present stage has been involved in the central ministries, education, telecommunication, transportation, medical, aviation, power, public security, agriculture, petroleum, water conservancy, forestry and other industries. We also completed more than thousands of projects belonging to many kinds of service types including software product registration certification, system acceptance testing, product validation testing, performance testing, safety testing, full-process testing and so on.
