The State Information Center (referred to as: SICSTC) is national level third party information technology inspection agency established by the National Development and Reform Commission approval, and has the China Metrology Accreditation (CMA), China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Accredited Laboratory, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Accredited Inspection Agencies.
