With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked from 5-star hotels to Michelin star restaurants and won prizes in his field. He opened his own business in Copenhagen in 2010. In 2011, he won the "Best Sweet of the Year" award. Since 2011, he is a TV Chef in "Go' Morgen Danmark" of TV2 in Denmark. In 2012 he was honoured by the Danish Gastronomical Academy. In 2014, he published his cook-book "Desserter fra Strangas". He is also a judge in the professional pastry chefs' competition "Sukkertoppen" of TV2, currently developing its third season. As of now, he is a judge in the amateur pastry chef's competition "Bake Off Greece", currently in production of its first season.
