The Sustainable Iowa Land Trust (SILT) permanently protects Iowa land for small, diverse, nature-friendly farms that feed Iowans. We take land speculation and mortgage interest out of the equation for future healthy food farmers. Our impact is affordable land access for young and new farmers, cleaner water and air and increased food security for all.
