Jimmy Swan is the founder and head brewer at Swan Brewery, based in the Marches town of Leominster, Herefordshire. The brewery premises, part of Leominster Rural Enterprise Centre, house a 10 barrel brewery, in addition to a much smaller, truly micro brewery. With brewing commencing in Spring 2016, Jimmy will be brewing by hand in small batches, applying his expertise to create the very best ales, following careful selection of raw materials and precisely honed recipes. With over 100 regional, national and international awards to his name, and having developed the recipes for some well known beers, the quality, consistency and reputation of the Swan Brewery ales will speak for themselves. Swan Brewery aims for environmentally friendly, sustainable brewing and business practices.
