In a world where deviating from the norm equals staying out, we lose so much talent just because we can't embrace our differences. Facing the challenge of the Information Age, we can't waste this talent. Our world is changing at an incredible pace, and we are responsible for ensuring that it does so the right way. Only by finding and promoting this talent will we be capable of bringing on the improvement that most of us want to see in the world. We can't lose the brightest minds just because they don't fit the standards. For this reason, we at T4BS incubate initiatives led by bright minds that want to impact positively in our society.
