Tecnoterm Energy provides "tailor-made" Energy Efficiency solutions in Cogeneration, Biomass and Waste Heat Recovery from industrial process. Tecnoterm Energy mission is the design, in-house manufacturing, installation, commissioning and service of industrial boilers and heat recovery systems, based on the following Product Lines: HEAT RECOVERY BOILERS, downstream: - I.C. Engine/Gas Turbine; - Biomass/WTE combustion system; - Industrial process (Steel/Foundry, Glass, Pulp&Paper, Pharmaceutical, Refinery, Textile industry) Boiler construction type: - Water tube steam generator (finned tube/smooth tube): up to 40 t/h, 50 bar - Fire tube steam generator: up to 15 t/h, 20 bar - Thermal oil heater (multitubular construction): up to 20 MW thermal capacity - Superheated water boiler (fire tube and multitubular): up to 20 MW thermal capacity DIRECT FIRED BOILERS (equipped with natural gas/diesel oil burner) PRESSURE VESSELS AND ANCILLARIES - Indirect steam generator (clean steam, thermal oil/ industrial steam) - Pressurised thermophysical deaerator - Steam storage tank - Thermal oil storage and expansion tank - Shell and tube heat exchanger Tecnoterm Energy supply industrial boilers and the relative BOP-Balance Of Plant: - Steam complete circuit (feedwater pumps skid, thermophysical deaerator, steam storage tank, piping, valves, instrumentation and accessories) - Thermal oil complete hydraulic circuit (circulating pumps skid, storage and expansion tanks, bypass heat exchanger, piping, valves, instrumentation and accessories) - Exhaust gas complete line (gas distributor with diverter damper, post-firing system, fabric expansion joints, ducts, stack and steel structures) Due to very long experience in technical assistance, repair, overhaul and maintenance of boiler plants, Tecnoterm Energy is able to work in new plants construction as well as revamping of existing installations.
