TEDxUniversityofStrathclyde is a day long ideas conference, organised by a team of University of Strathclyde students. The event features inspiring discussions with an open-minded audience, live talks, and a journey of discovery.We welcome thought provoking and inspirational speakers to the TEDx stage, to explore unique and challenging concepts within our local and global community. TEDxUniversityofStrathclyde events bring together idea generators, experts, leaders and instigators of change who transform attitudes to bringing about a systematic transformation within peoples lives.About TEDx, x = independently organized event. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
