TeenYoga is a company based in the UK but working throughout the world, training professionals and parents in mindfulness and yoga for young people.Run by Charlotta Martinus, a leader in the field of Teenyoga, she has worked for 30 years with teens, is accredited as a Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance,working with Leeds University in Mindfulness for young people, trained by Nischala Joy Devi, Mukunda Styles(Structural Yoga Therapy) , Dr Uma Krishnamurti at Bangalore University (Yoga for the Positive Thinking), Heather Mason (Minded Institute),Bruce Bowden (Ostepathic techniques for yoga)and indebted to the Sivananda Organization for ongoing support and inspiration.Bringing together the latest evidence based research and psychological theory with yoga and mindfulness techniques, this course aims to furnish you with the necessary tools to support teens through their adolescence and encourage a healthy growth and blossoming.
